本案業主想打造一個單身男子個性宅，期望有工業風的不羈率性之外，也希望從斑駁之間能夠看見由工法所帶出的不凡質感與其中之細膩，故我們融合新舊粗細，在時間感的仿舊材料，與現代派的光澤俐落間，編排出多元的材質層次，從刻意刻畫出時間痕跡的玄關為始至臥室為終，逐步由渾厚奔放趨於純粹平靜，整體材質的平衡使空間演繹出現代精緻工業風。

The owner of this project wanted a home with a bachelor’s personality. He expected not only the uninhibited individuality of the industrial style but also expected, between the mottled patterns, to find the extraordinary texture and intricacy brought about by fine craftsmanship. Therefore, we blend the old and new materials with a sense of time and the luster of modernism. We compile and arrange multiple material levels, from the vintage entrance facade to the bedroom. We transition gradually from thick and bold to pure calm, and the balance of the overall material makes the space exude a modern and delicate industrial style.

玄關規劃為一完整大空間，入門側邊暗藏三座鋸刻實木拉櫃有完備的收納緩衝；牆面以水泥特殊塗料刻意舊化設計，描繪斑駁的效果，烘托出歲月感卻不失生命力；地面鏽鐵花板磚採用八種不同花樣跳脫工業厚重氛圍。公共空間為保持視線寬闊舒適，巧妙運用四道拉門控制空間開放度，使各空間彼此保有通透性，同時也符合獨立使用時機能所需之隱密性。

The entrance facade is planned as an integrated large space with three sawed solid wood cabinets concealed on the side of the entrance with a complete storage buffer. The wall deliberately depicts the mottled pattern with the vintage effect of special cement paint, which gives off a sense of age but does not lose vitality. The rusty iron floor tiles adopt eight different patterns to break away from a heavy industrial atmosphere. In order to keep a wide and comfortable line of sight, four sliding doors are skillfully used to control the openness of the common space, so that each space can retain its permeability vis-a-vis one another and at the same time conform to the privacy required when it isused independently.

廚房規劃美式復古黑鐵極細框玻璃拉門，賦予細膩的視覺穿透，從性格中點綴一絲優雅；主臥皮革床頭後方牆面大膽拼接 8 塊原鐵板，形塑雄性剛毅內斂，對比臨窗區墊高臥榻，調劑出舒適的休閒感；連結臥室與客廳的廊道僅保留主臥與儲藏間拉門，其餘門片皆採用舊皮革美耐板搭配鐵件隱藏成牆面。

The kitchen design involving a vintage American black iron ultra-fine frame glass sliding door gives a delicate line of sight penetration. It embellishes a trace of elegance in one's character. The wall behind the headboard in the main bedroom leather boldly splices 8 pieces of original iron plates to shape the masculine fortitude and restraint. It contrasts with the padded tatami in the window area and adjusts to a comfortable leisure feeling. The corridor connecting the bedroom and living room only retains the main bedroom and storage room sliding doors, and the rest of the doors are hidden into the wall with old leather durable panels and iron pieces.

高樓許多大柱子都保留以展現空間中較為原始、外露的一面，詮釋結構性的粗曠，柱體外觀紅磚靠師傅手工一塊塊染色達到細緻的舊化效果，側邊使用黑色金屬條修飾並加以鉚釘點綴；天花板穿插水泥感塗料與白漆劃分不同區塊；鮮黃電器櫃、軍綠框型展示櫃、混凝土、堆砌的紅磚牆及黑板牆，締造一種摩登復古、多采多姿的視覺框景，為陽剛傲氣保留一些溫柔活潑的餘裕。

Many large pillars in the highrise are reserved to show the primitive and exposed side of the space, annotating the structural roughness. The exterior red brick of the pillars is dyed by hand by the craftsman to achieve a meticulous aging effect. The side is decorated with black metal strips and riveted. The ceiling is interspersed with cement-like paint and white paint to divide different areas. The bright yellow appliance cabinet, military green frame display cabinet, concrete, stacked red brick wall and blackboard wall all combine to create a modern-retro and sundry visual frame. At the same time, it reserves some soft and lively margins for masculinity and pride.

我們利用現代色調與仿舊材料交錯表現粗樸的時間感與現代雅痞細膩的質感，藉由豐富的材料層次創意轉化本質，一一勾勒出現代紳士介於粗獷與優雅之間的細膩騷動。

We interweave modern tones and antique materials to express the simple sense of time and the delicate texture of modern elegance. By means of rich material layers creatively transforming the essence, we delineate the modern gentleman who strikes a delicate turbulence between rough masculinity and elegance.
